NFL Week 13: Giants 31, Cowboys 28

*long exhaaaaaaaaaaaaale*

I didn't watch the game, I only saw highlights and heard a scarce amount of game audio. I just heard and saw enough though to know that we blew a game we had won. This game was in the palms of our hands and we let it slip right out. The moment shifter was Marion Barber's fumble right before the half that set up a Giants touchdown. Despite Tony Romo playing LIGHTS out by throwing for 3 TD's and 392 yards and no picks, Jason Witten having a monster game with 14 catches and 156yards and Miles Austin beasting with 10 catches, 104 yards and a TD, we jst found a way to lose. With every analyst in the world talking about our December woes, by playing like this, we are just proving them right.

Next Week's Opponent:

San Diego Chargers (9-3) @ Cowboys Stadium

NFL Week 11: Cowboys 7, Redskins 6

(Sorry for the late post!)

Summary

What can I say about this game? Except that the Cowboys stunk like hot garbage juice on an early summer day. For the second straight week, Dallas was held scoreless until the fourth quarter. They could not convert on 3rd and 4th down situations, and the were missing vital red-zone conversions and field goals. the only thing that allowed us to rally back and win was Shaun Suisham's two missed fields goals. Miles Austin had himself a bad day, only catchign for passes for 43 yards. One, and the only, thing that was good is that when it counted, Romo came through in the clutch and delivered our only touchdown to Patrick Crayton after Romo spun off a defender who could've ended the game with a sack for a loss of yards. None the less, we weren't supposed to go down o the wire with a team that we are CLEARLY better than. I guess that why you play the game*shrugs*
