NFL Week 5: Cowboys 26, Chiefs 20 (OT)

Summary

I'm going to start with this: the fact that we had to go into overtime with a winless team rubs me the wrong way. This team is a couple mistakes and lucky plays away from being undefeated. Their isn't much to summarize about the game. We let the Chiefs hang in there like a playoff team instead of blowing them out. Our special teams didn't help either. they ended up turning the ball over on a muffed punt by Patrick Crayton to setup a Chiefs score. The only bright spots were Miles Austin and his 10 catches for 250 yards and 2 TD's, one being a 60-yarder to win the game in OT. And Tashard Choice and his 92 yards on 8 carries (11.5 yards per rush average) and one TD. Our defense played sloppy and kept Kansas City in the game for too long. If it wasn't for penalties however, th score would have been MUCH different.
